Information the service form collects
The request form collects contact details, a service address, comfort concerns, and scheduling preferences. In production mode, the application sends this information by email through Resend. This application does not maintain a lead database.
How information may be used
Submitted information is used to respond to service requests, send a confirmation, discuss availability, and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
Vercel hosts the website and Resend processes service-request emails. Vercel Web Analytics may collect privacy-focused pageview data. Optional custom interaction events are disabled by default and, when enabled on a supported deployment, do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or problem descriptions. Add disclosures for any future providers before enabling them.
Retention and security
Email providers and recipients may retain messages under their own policies. The real business must document its retention practices, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards.
